Conference Registration

The $250 conference registration fee includes access to all conference sessions, reception and meals throughout the conference (Students register for half price with current, valid ID).

Banquet tickets for additional guests joining conference attendees may be purchased for $35. These tickets will cover the Friday night dinner held at the Fredonia Hotel.


Field trip

An optional field trip to Caddo Mounds State Historic Site and Mission Tejas State Park will take place on Thursday, March 8, from 2:30 pm to 5pm. These two historic sites provide an unprecedented glimpse into the region’s rich cultural and natural history spanning back more than 1,000 years. Tickets may be purchased for $30 and include transportation, park entry and refreshments.
